Our Process

1. Brief / specification.

We begin the process by discussing exactly what you want to get out of your modular building or portable building. This allows us to determine key elements, such as the size, occupancy level, location, style, layout, cladding options, electrical fittings, furnishings, and any other features that you specify. During this conversation, our team will provide expert recommendations and creative suggestions so that your modular building exceeds your expectations.

2. Design and estimate.

We can design modular buildings and portable buildings to suit a wide range of applications, from offices and marketing suites to classrooms and catering facilities. If you’ve chosen our bespoke design service, this stage involves our team creating initial designs and providing an estimate of the cost. Once you’re completely happy with our ideas, we’ll move on to the next stage.

3. Site visit and inspection.

Visiting your site is crucial, as we need to inspect the area where the modular building will be located, as well as how easily it is to access the premises. We’re passionate about keeping disruption as low as possible, so our modular building specialists will plan out the project to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

4. Manufacture.

We manufacture your modular building or portable building in our very own factory, which is run entirely on solar energy. This enables us to deliver work of the highest quality and keep waste to a minimum, which are two of our core values. We only use the very best locally sourced materials and all work is carried out by our in-house modular construction experts.

5. Install.

The installation phase is designed to be fast and stress-free. Following the plan created after the site visit, we’ll install your modular building or portable building quickly and with minimal disruption to your premises. Everything is covered in this service, including transportation, installation, fitting the electrics and any furnishings, and leaving you with a modular building that’s ready to use to its full potential. If you’ve chosen to have a vinyl wrap added to the exterior of the building to maximise brand awareness, this will be installed before the handover.

6. Handover.

Now that the modular or portable building is in place on your premises, we’ll hand it over to you and talk you through how to make the most of it. This could include how to keep your building in top condition for many years to come, exploring options for future adaptation, and reminding you of the agreed occupancy level for health and safety purposes.

7. Service plan.

Our relationship doesn’t have to end there, as we also offer service and maintenance plans for the full lifecycle of your building. This means that if you have any issues or want expert advice on how to adapt your building, we’re never more than a phone call away.
